Terms and Conditions
This page has two parts: the terms for using 1xbet-so.com, and a short, plain-language summary of the main 1xBet rules you accept when you open an account. The summary is for convenience — the full rules published by 1xBet always take priority.
Part 1. Using this website
- 1xbet-so.com is an information website. We do not accept bets, open accounts, hold player funds or process payments.
- Accounts, bets, deposits and withdrawals are handled by 1xBet.
- We check our information against the official 1xBet rules and the 1xBet app with a Somalia account, but offers, limits and payment methods can change. What you see in your 1xBet account is what applies.
- The content is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Part 2. Key 1xBet rules
Who may bet
Only people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their country, if higher) may place bets. Accounts are not allowed for:
- anyone directly involved in the events offered for betting — athletes, coaches, referees, club owners or managers — and anyone acting for them;
- representatives of other bookmakers;
- people who have problems with gambling addiction;
- people who are not allowed to enter into a contract with a bookmaker under the law that applies to them.
Online betting is illegal in some countries. The fact that the website or app opens in your country does not make betting legal there — checking this is your responsibility. If 1xBet finds that a player lives where its services are prohibited, it can close the account and return the remaining balance, minus winnings credited after the last deposit.
Accounts
- One account per person. The same limit applies per family, address, email, IP address and payment method.
- Registering again under a new name or email is not allowed.
- The account holder is responsible for everything done on the account, including by anyone they let use it.
Bets and payouts
- Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of the official result of the last event on the bet slip.
- A bet is won only if every outcome in it is predicted correctly.
- Changes to odds, handicaps or limits after you place a bet do not affect that bet.
- A lost connection while a bet is being confirmed does not cancel the bet.
- Bets accepted with an obvious error — a misprint in the event list or clearly wrong odds — may be voided and paid back at odds of 1.
- When match-fixing is suspected, 1xBet may block or void bets on that event at odds of 1. The company follows the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions.
- Disagreements about team or player names caused by translation or spelling are not grounds for a refund.
Changes to the rules
1xBet can update its rules at any time; changes apply from the moment they are published. Bets placed before the change are settled under the rules that were in force when they were accepted.
Complaints and disputes
- Send a written complaint by email to [email protected] within 10 days of the day you learned about the problem.
- Attach everything that supports it: account ID, bet slip number, screenshots, payment receipts.
- 1xBet answers in full within 30 days. If they ask you for more information, the period continues once you provide it.
Claims about the settlement of Cyber-Live games must be sent within 72 hours after the game ends. Questions about payouts, blocked accounts or delays should always be raised with 1xBet first; the licensing authority is the right contact only if you believe the licence terms have been breached.
